  1. Booking and Payment:
  – Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
  – Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
  – Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. Check-in and Check-out:
  – Check-in time: 11:00 AM.
  – Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  – Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  3. Cancellation and Refund:
  – Cancellations made 1 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  – No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

  4. Identification:
  – All guests are required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
  – Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

  5. Occupancy:
  – The room tariff is based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur additional charges.
  – Maximum occupancy per room must be adhered to as per the room type booked.

  6. House Rules:
  – Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
  – Pets are not allowed.
  – Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and other guests.

  7. Damage and Loss:
  – Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents.
  – Any such damage or loss must be reported immediately and may be charged to the guest’s account.

  8. Housekeeping:
  – Daily housekeeping services are provided.
  – Towels and linens are changed every third day unless otherwise requested.

  9. Liability:
  – Urmila Homestay and Kitchen is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  – Guests are advised to use the safety deposit boxes provided for valuables.

  10. Force Majeure:
  – The homestay is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

  11. Governing Law:
  – These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  12. Privacy:
  – Guest information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

• For Urmila Homestay, the child policy is as follows: 1. Age Limit: Children under 6 stay free when using existing beds. 2. Extra Beds: Cots and extra beds available upon request, may incur additional charges. 3. Occupancy: Maximum of 2 children per room with parents.
