• 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room.
  2. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited outside the room.
  3. All payments must be settled one day prior to check-in.
  4. Check-in: 12:00 PM, Check-out: 10:00 AM.
  5. A half charge of Rs. 1050/- applies for children aged 5-8 years.
  6. Bottled drinking water will incur an additional charge.
  7. Standard meals are provided; any additional items, bonfires, or barbecues are available at an extra cost.
  8. The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of an emergency cancellation (with at least 7 days’ prior notice), the trip may be rescheduled to an alternate date by mutual agreement.
  9. No negotiations will be entertained after the receipt is issued.
  10. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Please do not touch the plants.

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of an emergency cancellation, provided that at least 7 days’ prior notice is given, the trip may be rescheduled to an alternate date with mutual agreement.

• 5-8 years: Rs. 1050/- per head, per day.
