  Any legal disputes or other matters pertaining to these terms are governed by and
  shall fall under or be subject to Kolkata / Howrah Jurisdiction.

• Cancellation and Refund policy is applicable for valid, authentic and refundable bookings.

  Cancellation charges, if done prior to 45+ days from the date of arrival / check-in
  at the resort, are applicable at 30% of the booking amount, and shall be deducted as
  cancellation charges and the remaining would be refunded back
  Whereas,
  cancellation charges if done prior to / in between 44 to 21 days from the date of arrival / check-in at the resort, are applicable at 50% of the booking amount, and shall be deducted as cancellation charges and remaining would be refunded back.
  Whereas,
  cancellation charges if done in between 20 days to the date of arrival /
  check-in at the resort, are applicable at 100% of the booking amount, and shall be deducted
  as cancellation charges.

• Below 5 years staying is free, more than 5 years staying is 50% of tariff.
