About Property:
The vision behind the creation of our homestay was to offer a recreational haven for a small community of like-minded individuals seeking peace and connection with nature. Our Homestay and Café, nestled in the heart of the pine forests of Pedong, is just a short walk from the renowned Silent Valley, making it the perfect retreat for nature lovers and travelers looking for a serene getaway.

Our cancellation policy is provide flexibility while ensuring fair practices for both guests and our homestay. Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation charges:
Cancellation 2 days before the booking date: No charges. You can cancel your booking without any financial penalty if done at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellation 1 day before the booking date: 10% of the total amount. A cancellation made 1 day before the check-in date will incur a charge of 10% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation on the booking date: 30% of the total amount. Cancellations made on the actual booking date will be charged 30% of the total amount.
This policy ensures that we can manage our bookings effectively while offering some flexibility for our guests.
For guests up to 9 years old, both fooding and lodging are free of charge. This policy allows families with young children to enjoy their stay with added convenience and savings.
